适用范围 Applicable scope

        JR28系列热过载继电器(以下简称继电器)主要用于交流50Hz(60Hz),额定工作电压660V及以下,额定工作电流0.10-93A的电路中,作作电路和电动机的过载、断相、启动时间过长和堵转时间过长的保护。

        热继电器具有断相保护、温度补偿、整定电流调节、自动复位和手动复位任意选择、动作指示信号、动合、动断辅助触头绝缘分开、安装面积小、安装方式多样等功能和特点,具有测试按钮和停止按钮。可进行动作灵活性检查。有防止手指触电护罩,使用安全。有闭锁装置防止误操作等。

        执行标准:GB14048.4、IEC60947-4-1。

◆ 热继电器的基本工作原理

◇ 热继电器属双金属片式,其热元件与被保护对象的主电路串接,负载电流通过热元件和双金属片(复式加热),利用热一双元件的热效应,使双金属片弯曲,但负载电流在其预置值(一般为保护对象的额定电流)1.2倍及以上时,热一双元件产生的热量使双金属元件弯曲推动滑板使热继电器的动作机构脱扣,将电源切断,被保护对象到保护。

安装使用及维修 Installation and maintenance

安装使用

热继电器的整定电流调节范围应包容被保护对象的额定电流值。

热继电器整定电流调节旋钮不能随意旋转,使用时请按保护对象的电流值进行调节、整定,否则容易引起误动作。

选定组合安装时,先适当松动接触器主接线端子上的接线螺钉,把热继电器的挂钩部分插入接触器相庆的沟槽,再把热继电器的导电杆插入接触器的主接线端子内,坚固主动接线端子上的螺钉,即可完成组合安装。

选定分立安装,首先按5.1.3程序将热继电器固定在附件(底板)上,即可进行分立安装。

连接导线采用单芯聚氯乙烯(PVC)绝缘铜导线,辅助电路连接导线截面积1mm2,主电路连接导线载面积见表5,负载为电动机时的接线原理图见图5。

The connecting wire is made of single-core PVC insulated copper wire. The cross-sectional area of the auxiliary circuit connecting wire is 1mm2.
